We are a highly experienced group of executive coaches committed to helping non-profit executives improve their leadership skills, navigate demanding transitions, and expand overall social impact.
Our mission is to give back to the non-profit sector by providing leaders with a free, comprehensive coaching experience. All services are offered 100% pro-bono.
An initial comprehensive review analyzing the participant’s situation, organization metrics, and leadership objectives. This may include a structured 360-degree feedback process to provide the participant direct insight into their professional impact and blind spots. It may also include some online personality assessment to assist the participant and coach in gaining insight into the "why" of their behavior.
Collaborative assistance in establishing a robust action plan to guide the engagement and provide focus to the growth of the participants.
At least four months of one-on-one coaching sessions addressing the focus areas identified by the participant.
The participant will be invited to join in group learning session with other current and former program participants. Topics will vary and will be driven by expressed needs of the participants.
Engagements can be conducted virtually or in-person. All services are offered pro-bono; there are no out-of-pocket expenses to the participant or the participant’s organization.
Any top leader of a non-profit organization or a planned succession candidate for the top role is eligible for the program. We give priority consideration to leaders of organizations that would otherwise not be able to provide such an opportunity.
