Our mission is to give back to the non-profit sector by providing leaders with a free, comprehensive coaching experience. All services are offered 100% pro-bono.
An initial comprehensive review analyzing the participant's situation, organization metrics, and leadership objectives.
A structured 360-degree feedback process to provide the participant direct insight into their professional impact and blind spots.
Collaborative assistance in establishing a robust action plan with concrete developmental milestones.
At least four months of one-on-one coaching sessions addressing the focus areas identified by the participant.
Engagements can be conducted virtually or in-person. All services are offered pro-bono—there are no out-of-pocket expenses to the participant or the participant's organization.
Any top leader of a non-profit organization or a planned succession candidate for the top role is eligible for the program. We give priority consideration to leaders of organizations that would otherwise not be able to provide such an opportunity.
